PRIVACY & FEES

Session Fees

Individual therapy: $140 per session
Couples therapy: $160 per session

I offer a sliding scale based on need and clinical circumstances. I do not accept insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Please ask about fees, availability, or anticipated costs before beginning therapy.

Privacy Practices

Your privacy matters. Information you share in therapy is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. Legal exceptions include certain circumstances involving safety, abuse or neglect reporting, and other disclosures required or permitted by law.

The full Notice of Privacy Practices explains how health information may be used or disclosed, your rights regarding your records, and how to raise a privacy concern. Use the privacy-notice button on this page to read or download the complete notice.

Please avoid including sensitive clinical or personal health information in an initial website inquiry. I can provide information about secure communication when we connect.

Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for healthcare services.

You can request an estimate before scheduling care. It must be provided within three business days of your request. When care is scheduled three to nine business days in advance, an estimate should be provided within one business day of scheduling; for care scheduled ten or more business days in advance, within three business days.

Your estimate describes expected charges based on the care anticipated at that time. It is not a bill. Keep a copy for your records.

If you receive a bill from a provider that is at least $400 more than that provider’s Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
